Event Day Schedule

The 6th Martin Klaiber Memorial Golf Tournament was held on Monday, September 27, 2021.  We hosted another great day celebrating Martin Klaiber's life on the course he lived, loved and strived to master​ - all while giving back to three organizations that give hope and save lives everyday - Tails of Hope, Washington Regional Transplant Community​ ​and the Loudoun First Responders Foundation.

​1030 AM - Registration, Practice Range & Lunch Buffet

Registration will kick off at 11am and all participants will enjoy a hearty lunch buffet to get them ready for a 1230 start time.

1200 PM - Cart Call 

All players in carts for tournament kick-off and a few words from the staff.

1215 PM - Shotgun Start

The Tournament will kick off at 1245pm, scramble with foursomes starting at their respective holes provided at registration.
All participants will enjoy some competitions on the course, such as closest to the pin, longest drive with a 7 iron etc. on the holes identified.  
Unlimited food and beverage will be provided on the golf course.
Live and In Action pictures will be taken by a professional throughout the day and provided to all players following the event.

5 PM - Dinner and Awards

Following the tournament, we will host an awards and dinner buffet including a Gourmet Salad Bar,Smoked Baby Back Ribs, Barbecue Chicken, Ranch Style Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Corn Cobbettes, Corn Bread, Rolls and Butter, and Club-Baked Cookies and Brownies. 

The sponsorship plaques, participant awards and charitable donations will be announced starting at approximately 445pm.
